Training Wheels是美国创作型女歌手Melanie Martinez（梅兰妮·马丁内兹）的一首单曲，收录在她的第一张专辑Cry Baby中。
Training Wheels直译即训练轮，也就是初学自行车时装在车上以保持平衡的辅助轮——这首歌也是关于爱与感情之间的平衡的。同时这首歌也是Cry Baby 专辑里唯一一首比较积极的关于爱的歌。Melanie在一次采访中表示：“这首歌说的是他骑乘着有辅轮的自行车，然后希望能够去掉辅轮而更进一步（地学习如何骑车）而我希望和他一起共同骑乘着一辆两轮（也就是去掉了辅轮）的自行车。”Training wheels（的去除）即隐喻着两人的关系更进一步。这个故事在MV里有两个场景但指代着相同的感情境地。
